The service evaluates Heaven/Earth stems, Nine Stars and Eight Gates, patterns, and seasonal strength in a defined order rather than reducing everything to a single score.
Internally, the service derives local solar time from the entered date, time, and location, builds the hourly chart, and evaluates Heaven/Earth stems, Nine Stars and Eight Gates, patterns, and seasonal strength.
It does not simply add favorable factors and subtract unfavorable ones to create a score out of 100. It checks the basic nature of each direction, strong favorable and unfavorable patterns, compatibility with the selected purpose, and supporting factors in order.
Favorable and unfavorable factors are not mechanically canceled out. A direction can rank first overall while still containing caution factors in elements such as the Nine Stars and Eight Gates.
In that case, the service shows both sides: it is a candidate overall, but a specific factor still deserves caution.
Seasonal strength is used as a supporting indicator of how strongly an element functions in the current season. It is not used as the main rule that overturns the Heaven/Earth stems, Nine Stars and Eight Gates, or major patterns.
