Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using “Modern Style | Shijia Qimen,” provided by 合同会社Atbase.
第1条 適用
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to use of the web service “Modern Style | Shijia Qimen” (“Service”) provided by 合同会社Atbase (“Company”).
Article 2 — Service
The Service uses concepts from Shijia Qimen and direction-based hourly Qimen charts to build a chart from the action date, time, location, purpose, and other information entered by the user, and displays reference information including direction candidates, caution factors, and chart structure.
Qimen Dunjia has different schools and adopted methods. The Service calculates and displays results according to its selected method, and results may differ from books, practitioners, apps, or other schools.
第3条 料金・登録
The Service is currently provided free of charge and without registration. It does not currently sell paid products, accept applications for paid readings, or charge recurring fees.
If paid features are added in the future, fees, payment conditions, service details, and other required information will be disclosed before the user applies, and these Terms and other required notices will be updated.
Article 4 — Nature of readings
Directions, timing, and reading results displayed by the Service are reference information and entertainment based on traditional divination concepts. They do not guarantee future events, profit, success, safety, contract completion, or any other outcome.
For medical, legal, tax, investment, contractual, employment, safety-management, or other professional or high-stakes decisions, do not rely solely on the Service. Check real-world conditions and consult an appropriate professional or public authority when necessary.
第5条 入力情報・時刻
Users are responsible for entering the action date, start time, location, longitude, purpose, and other information. Results may change depending on the inputs, local solar-time correction, hourly boundaries, solar-term boundaries, intercalary periods, and related factors.
To improve judgment stability, the Service may withhold strong direction recommendations near hourly or solar-term boundaries.

- Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of the Service or any third party
- Unauthorized access, excessive load, or other conduct that interferes with operation
- Unauthorized copying, sale, or redistribution of the Service’s programs, text, design, or other materials beyond what is permitted by law
- Impersonation of another person or other conduct the Company deems inappropriate
第7条 知的財産権
Rights in the programs, original text, interface design, and other content that make up the Service belong to the Company or lawful rights holders. The Company does not claim exclusive rights over general traditional divination concepts or terminology themselves.
第8条 変更・停止・終了
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, security response, legal compliance, service improvement, or other reasonable reasons.
Article 9 — Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain calculation and display accuracy, but does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability.
Even if a user suffers damage in connection with use of the Service, the Company will not be liable to the extent permitted by law, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 10 — Privacy
Handling of user information is governed by the separately provided Privacy Policy.
Article 11 — Changes to these Terms
The Company may revise these Terms in response to changes in law or the Service. When a material change is made, the Company will endeavor to provide clear notice on the Service.
第12条 準拠法・管轄
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes related to the Service will be subject to the agreed first-instance jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal office.
